Belarus orders Wildberries cancel payment for returned goods

MINSK, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- Online store wildberries.by, part of Russian marketplace Wildberries, has cancelled pay return of orders by customers, Belarus’s Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade said on Friday in a statement.

The ministry said it had received multiple complaints from the people about the fee charged by the online store for return of orders. The retailer said that the return delivery of goods to a warehouse facility would cost about 70 Russian rubles.

The ministry found this policy illegal and requested that the store eliminate the violation.
